Alan Bentley

Chief Executive Officer

Before joining IPM in 2004 Alan enjoyed a distinguished career in Banking and International Travel services

At IPM his main focus has been to help Global Mobility professionals develop and implement a seamless process for transferring their assignees across international borders, ensuring compliance at all times. Where Alan adds real value to our Clients (and what makes IPM very different), is that he creates a culture and connection where IPM become a natural extension to the in-house HR teams. Alan leads the IPM team and focusses on the business development activities as well as creating a thought leadership network of professionals to support the growth strategy of the company.

Francine Smith

Senior Global Mobility Consultant

Francine Smith has worked in a variety of in-house roles before moving into Consultancy firstly at ECA International and now with IPM Global.

Whilst at The Body Shop she was a Reward & Benefits Advisor developing and implementing company health & well-being initiatives for the UK stores and Head Office employees. Francine has over six years’ experience in global mobility working in-house for a division of Atlas Copco where she was responsible for delivery of mobility services including global expatriate tax, social security, modified payrolls and was the business expert for the Business Traveller tool and Posted Workers’ Directive. At ECA, Francine has worked with a diverse international client base on policy design and critique for global assignment policies, salary and assignment benefit benchmarking, as well as assignment related calculations and general consulting services.

Ian Brannan

Senior Global Mobility Consultant

Ian is a customer-focused, global mobility professional with over 25 years’ experience in the sector.

Ian has a broad range of global mobility experience gained with several multi-national companies including General Electric, Ernst & Young, ICI and BP. He has a wealth of international assignment experience and possesses an in-depth technical knowledge and thorough understanding of all areas associated with international relocation. Ian joined IPM in August 2017 and is the Relationship Manager across a broad range of clients.
